- 🦪 4 baby scallops (120g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 4cm pieces
- 100g kimchi
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Thinly slice the onion and cut the chives into 4cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, baby scallops, grated ginger, and grated garlic. Stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent.

Add kimchi, chives, and the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, salt, and pepper). Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
