- 🦑 150g sliced squid
Vegetables
- 200g komatsuna
- 🧅 45g sliced green onion
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Cut the komatsuna into 4cm pieces, slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces, and mince the garlic after removing its core.
Mix the sake, sugar, and soy sauce in a small bowl to prepare the seasoning mixture.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium-low heat until fragrant. Add the squid and doubanjiang, stirring until well combined. Increase to medium heat, add komatsuna and green onion, and stir-fry until the vegetables soften slightly and the squid is cooked through. Add the seasoning mixture and stir quickly to combine.
