Noodles
- 🍜 400g udon noodles
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g mushrooms
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 🥬 100g bok choy
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
- 2 Cheongyang chilies, sliced
- 🧄 1 green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步骤
Mix soy sauce, chili powder, minced garlic, oyster sauce, corn syrup, and water in a bowl. Add sliced Cheongyang chili and green onion.
Wash and prepare bean sprouts, mushrooms, and bok choy. Blanch them in boiling water and set aside.
Slice the onion thinly and sauté in a lightly oiled pan until translucent.
Add the boiled udon noodles to the pan with the sautéed onion and stir-fry together.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Add the blanched vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Serve hot and enjoy your spicy stir-fried udon.
