Canned Goods
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bag (200g) spinach
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
步骤
Cut off the spinach roots, make a cross-cut at the base, and chop into 4cm pieces. Wash thoroughly and drain.
Add 100cc water to a frying pan and bring to a boil. Add spinach, cover, and steam for 1 minute over medium heat. Remove the lid and stir until wilted. Drain and rinse with water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
Wipe the frying pan dry and add the tuna. Heat over medium until bubbling, then return the spinach to the pan and stir until combined.
Add soy sauce and curry powder, stirring until evenly mixed.
