Pasta
- 🍝 80g spaghetti (1.6mm)
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spring cabbage, chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Liquid
- 💧 100ml water
- 🥛 200ml milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
Topping
- 🧀 2 tsp grated cheese
步骤
Cut the spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add bacon and sauté for 1 minute. Add spring cabbage and cook until softened.
Add water, milk, and seasonings (salt, pepper, consomme). Bring to a boil, then add spaghetti (broken in half). Cover and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes longer than the package instructions, stirring occasionally.
Mix in grated cheese before serving.
