步骤
Cut the spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
Remove the oil sardines from the can and reserve the oil.
Heat the reserved oil from the sardine can in a frying pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the spring cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add white wine, salt, pepper, and butter to the pan and stir quickly to combine.
Add the sardines to the pan and gently stir to combine with the cabbage mixture.
