- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🧄 1 clove garlic

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Peel the lower half of the asparagus spears with a peeler and cut them diagonally. Remove the tomato stem and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.

In a bowl, mix olive oil and consomme, then add clams, asparagus, tomato, and garlic. Stir well.

Place the mixture on a cooking sheet, drizzle with sake, and wrap tightly. Microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes until the clams open.
