Meat
- 8 slices pork loin (about 150g)
Vegetables
- 8cm daikon (about 250g)
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1 slice carrot (cut into quarters lengthwise)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp water
Korean Sauce
- 🧄 A small amount of grated garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
步骤
Peel and slice the daikon into thin strips. Blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Lay out the pork slices and season them with salt and pepper.
Wrap the blanched daikon, pea shoots, onion, and carrot slices with the pork slices.
Place the wrapped rolls in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
Prepare the Korean sauce by mixing garlic, sugar, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar.
Serve the steamed rolls with the Korean sauce and sprinkle ground black pepper on top.
