- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
- 160g lotus root
- 2 slices julienned ginger
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp sake
- Pinch of chili powder
Sauce
- 🧅 60g onion
- 4 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 2 tsp olive oil
步骤
Peel and slice the lotus root thinly. Soak in water to remove excess starch.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and sake. Place them on a heatproof plate.
Arrange the lotus root slices and julienned ginger on top of the salmon.
Steam the plate in a steamer for 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Prepare the onion ponzu sauce by finely chopping the onion and mixing it with ponzu sauce and olive oil.
Serve the steamed salmon and lotus root with the onion ponzu sauce on the side.
