Tear the cabbage leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Layer half of the cabbage, shirasu, and cheese in a microwave-safe container, then add the remaining cabbage. Sprinkle with consomme, salt, and pepper. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds until the cabbage softens.

Mix everything well, serve on a plate, and sprinkle with pepper to finish.
