- 🥬 1/2 head (400g) spring cabbage

- 🍶 3 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Cut the spring cabbage into 3cm squares. Slice the lemon thinly, removing the ends.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide strips.
In a bowl, mix the sake, salt, chicken broth powder, and sesame oil to create the seasoning mixture.
In a microwave-safe dish, layer half of the cabbage and pork belly. Repeat the layering process with the remaining half. Pour the seasoning mixture evenly over the layers.
Place the lemon slices on top without overlapping. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 7-8 minutes until the pork is cooked through. Let it steam for an additional 2 minutes. Sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
