- 80g julienned stem wakame
- 30g shirasu
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- Pinch of sliced chili
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp boiling water

Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of boiling water and drain the spaghetti.

Heat salad oil and sliced chili in a frying pan, then add julienned stem wakame and stir-fry over medium heat briefly.

Add spaghetti, shirasu, reserved boiling water, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to the pan. Mix well until evenly combined.
