Vegetables
- 1/2 bamboo shoot (boiled)
- 1 green bell pepper
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp miso
Thickener
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步骤
Cut the bamboo shoot and green bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the bamboo shoot and green bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes over medium heat.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, miso) and add them to the pan. Stir well.
Add the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
