步骤
Slice the bell peppers in half vertically, remove seeds and pith, and cut into thin strips.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until smooth.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add bell peppers and tuna, stir-fry until coated with oil, then add soy sauce and stir briefly. Push to the side.
Pour the whisked eggs into the pan, stir gently with chopsticks until semi-cooked, then mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
