- 🥬 1/8 head cabbage (150g)
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms

- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake

- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic

Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.

Remove the core of the cabbage and cut it into 2cm squares. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the bacon, and stir-fry until crispy.

Add the cabbage and shimeji mushrooms, stir-fry until softened, then add the seasonings and stir quickly.
