- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 20g shirasu
- 2 tsp sesame oil

Cut the cabbage and potato into bite-sized pieces.

Soak the potato in water for 5 minutes, drain, and microwave in a heatproof container at 600W for 5 minutes.
