Main Ingredients
- 1 bag fish cake
- 20 shishito peppers
- 🧅 1 onion
- Generous amount of green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chili powder
步骤
Prepare the fish cake, shishito peppers, onion, and green onion by slicing them into appropriate sizes.
Heat oil in a pan over low heat and sauté the green onion until fragrant. Add onion and shishito peppers and stir-fry.
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, corn syrup, ground pepper, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to make the seasoning sauce.
Add fish cake to the pan and stir-fry with the vegetables. Pour the seasoning sauce into the center of the pan and simmer until bubbling.
Sprinkle chili powder and mix well with the ingredients.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds for aroma and garnish.
