- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 200g Jerusalem artichoke
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Peel the Jerusalem artichoke and slice it into 1cm thick pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip the pieces, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for 2–3 minutes until cooked through.
Add the Jerusalem artichoke to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and cook over medium heat, stirring until the liquid reduces and coats the ingredients.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
