- 100g sliced lotus root
- 1/3 bunch chopped komatsuna

- 2 slices bacon

- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Slice the lotus root into thin pieces after cutting it into quarters lengthwise. Soak in water and drain. Chop the komatsuna into bite-sized pieces and cut the bacon into 1cm strips.

Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until browned.

Add the lotus root and stir-fry until browned. Then, add the komatsuna and stir-fry briefly. Finally, add soy sauce and mix well.
