- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 120g Moroccan green beans
- 2 eggplants (160g)
- 15g ginger, julienned
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm thick pieces. Trim the Moroccan green beans and cut diagonally into 2cm pieces. Julienne the ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add eggplants, Moroccan green beans, and ginger, and stir until coated with oil. Cover and steam for about 3 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and stir-fry until well combined.
