- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 1 tsp grated ginger
