- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 50g carrot, sliced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 80g fresh kelp, sliced
Oil and Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 💧 100ml water
