- 180g pork loin (for ginger pork)

- 3 bell peppers (90g)

- 1 konjac block (100g, pre-boiled)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/3 tsp sansho powder
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp concentrated mentuyu (3x)
