Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 4 green onions, cut into 4cm pieces
- 100g kimchi, chopped
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
步骤
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onions into 4cm lengths.
Chop the kimchi into smaller pieces. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized portions.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
Add soy sauce and stir quickly. Then, add the kimchi and stir-fry until well combined.
Add the green onions and stir briefly. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds to finish.
