Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium potato, sliced into 5mm pieces
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 2 tsp yuzu pepper paste
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
步骤
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Slice the potato into 5mm thick pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch, then drain.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly and cook until the meat changes color.
Add the potato slices to the pan and cook until golden brown. Then, add the seasoning ingredients (ponzu sauce, yuzu pepper, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes over medium heat. Garnish with chopped green onion.
