- 250g sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g), chopped
- 🌽 1 ear of corn (300g), kernels removed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil

Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces and remove the kernels from the corn.

Slice the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.

Add the tomato and corn to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Then add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
