Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces, julienne the carrot, and slice the green onion diagonally.

Cut pork belly into 2cm strips and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Boil water in a pot, cook rice vermicelli for 4 minutes, then rinse under cold water and drain.

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan, add rice vermicelli, and stir to coat. Cook on low heat until crispy on one side, flip, and cook for another minute. Remove from pan.

Add the remaining 0.5 tbsp sesame oil to the pan, heat, and stir-fry pork belly on medium heat until cooked through.

Add cabbage, carrot, and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry until the carrot softens.

Add rice vermicelli back to the pan, then mix in sake, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until evenly coated.
