步骤
Defrost the squid by rinsing it under running water. Slice the bell peppers and trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms, separating them.
Heat salad oil and grated garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the squid and stir-fry until cooked.
Add the bell peppers and shimeji mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until the peppers soften.
Add the oyster sauce, sake, chicken stock powder, and salt and pepper. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
