- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
步骤
Pat the thick fried tofu with paper towels to remove excess oil and cut into bite-sized pieces. Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.
Boil water in a frying pan, add green peas, and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender. Drain and wipe the pan dry.
Heat butter in the frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the tofu and cook both sides until the butter is absorbed. Add green peas and stir-fry until coated with butter.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and cod roe. Stir-fry until the cod roe changes color and the mixture is dry.
