- 150g blanched wakame stems
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2/3 tsp soy sauce

Rinse the blanched wakame stems with water and pat them dry. Slice them thinly at an angle.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the wakame stems and stir-fry until they become tender.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until most of the liquid has evaporated. Mix in the white sesame seeds.
