Main Ingredients
- 🥩 150g beef flank steak
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- some minced red chili
- some minced green chili
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- some black pepper
- 🧄 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
步骤
Cut the zucchini into triangular pieces and sprinkle with salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then remove excess water.
Cut the beef flank steak into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients except sesame oil and sesame seeds with the beef, using only 1 tsp of minced garlic.
Cut the onion into square pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pan, add 1 tsp minced garlic, onion, and zucchini, and stir-fry.
When the zucchini is slightly tender, add the marinated beef to one side of the pan and stir-fry.
Combine the beef and zucchini, stir-frying together until fully cooked.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds, then plate the dish.
Garnish with minced green chili and red chili.
