- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
Dry Ingredients
- 1 tsp flour
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Meat
- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Liquid Ingredients
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Sauces
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
步骤
Remove the stem, seeds, and white pith from the bell peppers. Mince the onion.
Mix the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a container.
In a bowl, combine ground meat, minced onion, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the mixture becomes sticky.
Lightly coat the inside of the bell peppers with flour. Stuff the meat mixture tightly into the peppers and slice them into 2cm thick rings.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the stuffed pepper rings until golden brown on both sides. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
Plate the stuffed peppers and drizzle the sauce over them before serving.
