Marinade Ingredients
- 🍗 5 chicken legs
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
- A pinch of ginger powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- A pinch of black pepper
Galbi Sauce Ingredients
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 7 tbsp cola
- 2 tbsp cooking syrup
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 0.5 red chili, finely chopped
- 🧄 3 garlic cloves, minced
步骤
Remove excess fat from chicken legs and make deep cuts for better cooking.
Marinate chicken legs with cooking wine, salt, ginger powder, and black pepper. Coat with vegetable oil before cooking to prevent drying.
Finely chop onion and garlic.
Slice green and red chilies finely. Adjust chili quantity based on spice preference.
In a saucepan, combine chopped onion, garlic, and all sauce ingredients except chilies. Cook on medium heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Add chilies at the end and cook briefly.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Cook marinated chicken legs for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Cook for another 15 minutes, flipping 2-3 times during cooking.
Toss cooked chicken legs in the prepared galbi sauce until evenly coated.
Serve the spicy and flavorful galbi chicken legs hot.
