Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini (170g)
- 🍆 1 eggplant (80g)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces after removing the stem. Slice the zucchini into 1cm thick rounds after trimming the ends. Remove the stem and seeds from the red bell pepper, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the sake, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce to prepare the seasoning.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the eggplant, zucchini, and red bell pepper, and stir-fry until the vegetables soften slightly.
Add the prepared seasoning to the pan and stir-fry until the vegetables are evenly coated.
