Main Ingredient
- 🥡 1/2 block tofu
Seasoning
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧅 2 tsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步骤
Dice 1/2 block of tofu into cubes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and water.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes until golden on all sides.
Drain excess oil from the tofu using a strainer.
In the same pan, sauté chopped green onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the fried tofu to the pan and pour the prepared sauce over it.
Simmer the tofu in the sauce until it is well absorbed.
Add oyster sauce and stir quickly before removing from heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
