Vegetables
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥕 100g julienned carrot
Protein
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
步骤
Cut the root off the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the carrot. Cut the fried tofu in half lengthwise and slice into 1cm-wide strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and stir-fry until the surface becomes crispy.
Add the shimeji mushrooms and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry until softened, then add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and dashi powder). Stir well to coat evenly.
Transfer the stir-fried mixture to a serving plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
