- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice

- 40g dried shirasu

- 🍠 1 sweet potato (180g), diced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder

Dice the sweet potato into 1.5cm cubes and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.

Add the soaked rice, sake, mirin, salt, and dashi powder into the rice cooker. Add water up to the 2-cup line and mix well. Flatten the rice evenly.

Place the diced sweet potato on top of the rice and start the regular cooking cycle.

Once cooked, add the dried shirasu on top and gently mix everything together.
