Wrapper
- 10 large dumpling wrappers
Filling
- 100g ground pork
- 30g octopus, diced
- 🥬 1/8 head of cabbage, minced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 20g pickled ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp tempura flakes
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oil
- As needed salad oil
Toppings
- As needed tonkatsu sauce
- As needed mayonnaise
- As needed aonori (seaweed flakes)
- As needed bonito flakes
步骤
Mince the cabbage and rub it with salt to remove excess water. Mince the pickled ginger. Dice the octopus into 10 pieces.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, cabbage, pickled ginger, and the seasoning ingredients. Add tempura flakes and mix well.
Place the filling and a piece of octopus on a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and wrap into a ball shape.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the dumplings until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with tonkatsu sauce, mayonnaise, aonori, and bonito flakes.
