Main Ingredients
- 12 pieces konnyaku (156g)
- 10g dried squid
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- mustard, as needed
步骤
Place the konnyaku in a pot, add enough water to cover them, and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, cook for 3 minutes and drain the water.
Return the konnyaku to the pot and dry-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes to evaporate excess moisture.
Add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and dried squid to the pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer over low heat while stirring occasionally until the liquid is reduced.
Serve on a plate and garnish with mustard as desired.
