Main
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (300g)
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- 100 ml salad oil
- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (400g)
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步骤
Rub sugar and salt on both sides of the chicken breast and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Slice garlic and ginger thinly.
Place the chicken, garlic, ginger, and salad oil in a pot. Heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes, flipping occasionally. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 15 minutes to cook through with residual heat.
Once cooled, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Serve over rice in a bowl.
Mix sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) and pour over the chicken.
