- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) to a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the octopus once boiling.

Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Remove the lid and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, occasionally coating the octopus with the sauce.

Plate the octopus and garnish with chopped green onion.
