- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

步骤
Make small cuts into the pork loin between the lean and fat parts to prevent curling during cooking.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and cook until browned on one side. Flip and cook until fully cooked through.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the pork.
Add mayonnaise to the pan and stir until fully incorporated. Serve on a plate with mizuna and cherry tomatoes as garnish.
