Meat
- 🥩 150g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 🍅 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- 🥒 1 cucumber, halved and sliced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of chili paste
步骤
Thinly slice the red onion and soak in water to remove bitterness, then drain.
Cut the tomato into wedges.
Halve the cucumber lengthwise and slice diagonally. Chop the cilantro into 3cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, cook the beef until done, season with salt and pepper, then let it cool slightly.
Mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, fish sauce, lemon juice, chili paste) in a bowl.
Arrange the onion, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, and beef on a plate, then drizzle with the dressing.
