- 🍚 1 cup washed rice
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (green part)
- 1 slice ginger
Seasoning for Rice
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 🧅 1 stalk chopped green onion
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
步骤
Slice chicken thigh into 2cm wide pieces.
Add washed rice, seasonings for rice, and water to the rice cooker. Mix well and flatten the surface. Place chicken, green onion, and ginger on top. Start cooking.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the aromatic sauce.
Once cooked, remove green onion and ginger. Take out the chicken and mix the rice. Serve rice and chicken on a plate, and drizzle the aromatic sauce over the chicken.
