- 🍖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g chives, cut into 3-4cm pieces
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
步骤
Season the thinly sliced pork belly with salt and pepper.
Cut the chives into 3-4cm pieces.
Thinly slice half an onion. If the onion is too spicy, soak it in cold water to reduce the sharpness.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, and chili powder to create the dressing.
Cook the seasoned pork belly until golden brown.
Combine the chives, onion, and dressing in a bowl and toss well.
Place the cooked pork belly on top of the mixed vegetables.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of leftover dressing over the pork belly and lightly toss everything together.
