Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 servings of cooked rice
- 1 small can of spam
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥬 180g of sour kimchi
- 🧅 1 stalk of green onion
Kimchi Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar or syrup
- 5 tbsp kimchi juice

Beat 2 eggs well and chop sour kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Blanch spam in hot water briefly and dice it.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and scramble the eggs using chopsticks.

Pan-fry the diced spam until golden brown.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add chopped kimchi, kimchi juice, sugar or syrup, and stir-fry. Finish with sesame oil.

Place cooked rice into bowls.

Top the rice with stir-fried kimchi, spam, scrambled eggs, and garnish with chopped green onion.
