- 🥚 1/2 block firm tofu
- 1/2 sheet konjac
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp red miso
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp mirin
步骤
Wrap firm tofu in kitchen paper, place on a microwave-safe plate, heat at 600W for 90 seconds, let cool, and cut into 2cm slices.
Cut konjac into 2cm slices. Boil konjac in a pot with water for 3-4 minutes, then drain.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 1 minute.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook tofu slices until golden brown on both sides. Plate the tofu and konjac, spread dengaku miso sauce on top, and serve.
