Main Ingredients
- 300g silken tofu
- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/2 piece ginger
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步骤
Finely chop the green onion, garlic, and ginger. Cut the tofu into 4 equal pieces.
Mix the natto with its included sauce in a bowl.
Heat the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) along with the chopped green onion, garlic, and ginger in a pan over medium heat until fragrant.
Place the tofu on a serving plate, top with the natto mixture, pour the aromatic sauce over, and garnish with chopped green onion.
