- 🥢 1 block tofu
- 5g dried wakame
- 1/3 bag mizuna
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Wrap tofu in kitchen paper, place in a microwave-safe container, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water. Rehydrate wakame in water and drain. Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces.

Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Tear tofu into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl. Add wakame and mizuna, then gently mix everything together.
