Essential Ingredients
- 🥢 1 block firm tofu
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, diced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, diced
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp glutinous rice flour

Dice the mushrooms, bell pepper, and carrot finely, then stir-fry them until softened.

Squeeze the water out of the tofu using a wet cloth.

In a bowl, mix the tofu, stir-fried vegetables, egg, glutinous rice flour, and salt thoroughly.

Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls and bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 12 minutes.

Alternatively, steam the balls for 5–7 minutes on high heat or pan-fry them if an oven is unavailable.
